Welcome! We accept LOI proposals from Nov. 1st – Dec. 1st and May 1st – June 1st. Follow the steps below to begin your LOI submission.
- You will need to create a free Submittable account to submit an LOI. Provide the best physical address and contact information for your organization. We use this information to communicate next steps, and to mail the check if your grant is awarded.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date.
- Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
- We will follow-up with you about your proposal by email. To prevent our emails from going to spam or being quarantined, please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
As you complete your proposal...
NEW: Use the "Organization Search" function below to create an organizational profile, which will store all your submission information over time. Moving forward, you will see previous LOI/application forms you have submitted in past grant cycles (starting with the Spring 2025 grant cycle).
NEW: Invite collaborators to your submission. This can help streamline your drafting process, if you want more than one person to work on your proposal. This could include other members of your organization, a tech consultant, or a grant writer. Below, select "manage collaborators" in the righthand corner of the form.
